How to use:

Dip the tip of the included brush into Gel Eyeliner. Wipe off any excess on a tissue. Apply along the lash line to create a precise liner look working quickly from the inner to the outer eye corner. Gel Eyeliner can be also used as a water-proof base for the next products such as an eyeshadow to intensify the colour or create a smudgy makeup look.
