Returns Policy

Welcome to  Give Us Beauty. We want you to feel confident shopping with us, and we’ll always do our best to help if there’s an issue with your order.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are:

  • Unused
  • Unopened
  • In their original sealed  packaging
  • In resaleable condition

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used cosmetics
  • Makeup brushes or sponges that have been opened or used
  • Skincare or beauty products with broken seals
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit where appropriate.

How To Return An Item

To request a return, please email us at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

Returns should not be sent back without contacting us first.

Return Postage

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order once your return has been approved.
