At Give Us Beauty, we want you to love every product you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Can I return my order?
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided items are:
- Unopened and unused
- In their original packaging with seals intact
- Not a hygiene-sensitive product that has been opened (e.g. lip products, mascaras, skincare)
This is in line with UK consumer law and our commitment to hygiene and safety standards.
How do I start a return?

Please have your order number ready. We'll issue you a returns authorisation number and guide you through the process.
Who pays for return postage?
- Faulty, damaged, or incorrect item? We'll cover the return postage cost.
- Changed your mind? Return postage is at your own cost. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 working days back to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's done.
What if my item arrived damaged or faulty?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible — no need to return the item in most cases.
What if I received the wrong item?
We're sorry! Contact us straight away and we'll get the correct item sent out to you at no extra cost.
In-Store Purchases
Items purchased in our Newry store can be returned in store within 14 days with proof of purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
